Flex - What we use!
Flex, or flexographic printing, is a modern printing process, we import from Italy. The highest cost for production and procurement. Same brand as is trusted by big international brands. Prints the most detail, lasts the longest once applied.
DTF - Direct To Film
A printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to fabric using heat and adhesive.
This is applied with high heat and lots of pressure. Tends to crack after a few washes because of the type of heat and ink transfer with adhesive. This is most common.
Screen printing
Screen printing is a versatile printing technique where ink is pushed through a stenciled mesh. We have never and will never use this method. It is also the cheapest of any printing method. The quality is lacking and durability is very low. It is basically paint pushed through a stencil onto material. The brightest of the prints.
Print direct on material. Can only be used on polyester material and clothing.
